Help Point materials

Our free resources can be used to help you share the power of personal playlists with people in your community. They are available in English, Simplified Chinese, Gaelic (Scottish), Gujarati, Hindi, Nepalese, Polish, Punjabi, Somali, Urdu and Welsh.

If you would like to request more printed materials or have suggestions on other languages that would be helpful for your community, please get in touch.

Help Line - for Help Points and service users

Help Points and their service users can book a call with a trained Playlist for Life Music volunteer who can advise on making, listening to and using a playlist.

The helpline operates as a ‘book a call’ service and you and your service users will be able to book a call for yourselves or on behalf of a service user/family member. Call can be booked on our Book a Helpline Call page.
