Help Line - for Help Points and service users

Help Points and their service users can book a call with a trained Playlist for Life Music volunteer who can advise on making, listening to and using a playlist.
The helpline operates as a ‘book a call’ service and you and your service users will be able to book a call for yourselves or on behalf of a service user/family member. Call can be booked on our Book a Helpline Call page.
