Scotland’s Virtual Kiltwalk 2021!

Join the Playlist For Life team on 23-25th April as we walk, run and boogie across the finish line to our favourite songs!

This year, Kiltwalkers are invited to sport some tartan as they complete any socially distanced challenge for their chosen charity and, since it’s a virtual event, people all over the UK can take part! Plus, any funds you raise will be topped up by 50% thanks to Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation.

Your Kiltwalk challenge can include walking, running, cycling, skipping or even dancing – you decide. There’s no need to clock up 26 miles either (phew!). You can set your own individual goals when you start fundraising and use #ScotlandsVirtualKiltwalk to share your progress. We’ll also be following the progress of our fundraisers – and sharing the music spurring them on – with our #KiltwalkPlaylist

Do you want to walk for Playlist for Life and help those living with dementia? We have a limited number of free registrations available for fundraisers, so you’ll have to be quick!

Please register your interest below and the team will be in touch if you have secured a free place.

What does Playlist For Life do?
Our vision is simple: we want everyone with dementia to have a unique, personalised playlist and everyone who loves or cares for them to know how to use it!

Personalised playlists can reduce anxiety, improve your mood, make difficult tasks more manageable and evoke memories that can help families and carers connect. Playlist for Life harnesses the powerful effects of personal music to help anyone who is affected by dementia, their families and carers.

How can I help?
Awareness raising activities and fundraising are vital for us to support people living with dementia. Any donations you collect whilst completing your Kiltwalk will go directly to our goal of sharing the power of personal music with those who could benefit most.
